The SCU Students of Objectivism exists to study and promote Objectivism among the students at Santa Clara University and the surrounding area. We hold meetings at which we watch videos provided by the Ayn Rand Institute on various philosophic issues, followed by discussions. We also from time to time bring a live speaker to campus, such as Dr. Andrew Bernstein who spoke recently on "The Philosophical Basis of a Woman's Right to Abortion."
